3. Advance Payment Policy (Main Condition)

• Advance payment is mandatory to confirm any order.

• Payments must be made through FonePay or our attached/approved Payment Gateway only.

• Orders will not be processed until advance payment is successfully received.

• Advance payments are generally non-refundable, especially for customized or personalized items.

4. Order Processing & Delivery Time

• Some items are made-to-order or customized, therefore delivery may take more than one (1) week.

• Estimated delivery time will be informed at the time of order confirmation.

• Delays may occur due to design approval, material availability, printing time, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Delivery & Collection

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery or contact details.

• Any delay caused by incorrect information provided by the customer will not be our responsibility.

• In-store pickup may be available upon prior confirmation.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders once confirmed and paid cannot be cancelled if production has started.

• No refund will be provided for customized or personalized items.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method.

7. Quality & Customer Responsibility

• Customers must carefully review and approve designs, names, dates, photos, and text before final confirmation.
