1. Customized Products Policy

Gift 4 You Studio specializes in customized and personalized gift items. Due to the nature of customization:

• Most customized items are NOT eligible for refund.

• This includes products customized with names, photos, dates, messages, or special designs.

• Once production has started, refunds are not possible.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be considered only in the following situations:

• You receive a wrong item (different from the confirmed order)

• You receive an item that is damaged due to our error or during delivery

Conditions:

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product

• Clear photo or video proof must be provided

3. Non‑Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Customer-approved design mistakes (spelling, image quality, layout, etc.)

• Minor color variations caused by screen or printing differences

• Delays due to customization time or external factors

• Change of mind after order confirmation

4. Refund Method & Timeframe

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (FonePay or attached payment gateway).

• Refund processing may take 7–10 working days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Carefully reviewing all order details and designs before final approval

• Providing correct information at the time of order

Gift 4 You Studio is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
